Empower with B was set up to connect with clients who require more attention than which a standard group class can offer. My 1-2-1 sessions and group classes help beginners and intermediate level students become more confident and knowledgeable within their yoga practice. Many people can benefit from yoga but do not know where to start. I am trained to adapt classes to a range of needs, including physical and learning abilities, ages and life stages (e.g pregnancy, postnatal and menopause). Some people can feel that going straight into a group class is a little scary, Empower with B hopes to bridge that gap by offering classes that are relaxed, remembering that yoga is meant to be playful and fun!

Parent/carer & toddler yoga
My sensory and yoga-inspired programme is a great way of introducing young children (18 months to 5 years) to stretches, movements, stories, songs and sensory play and its many benefits. The course weaves basic yoga-inspired poses and movements into songs, traditional and modern stories and sensory play making it fun and engaging for both toddlers and parents.

Mum & baby postnatal yoga
Mum and Baby sessions incorporate traditional yoga postures adapted for postpartum mum and some for baby too. While most post-natal yoga classes either focus solely on mum or offer baby yoga alone (with no physical benefits for mum), these classes combine BOTH postnatal and baby yoga, to ensure both mum and baby leave the class feeling stretched, revived and relaxed.
We use unique baby touch therapies as well as beautiful songs and positive life building experiences for your baby teamed with core rebuilding and relaxation for mum. Baby yoga has also been scientifically proven to help with baby’s brain development, growth, self-soothing and common ailments such as colic, reflux and disrupted sleep. So, if you have a baby, this yoga class is for you.

Luna Flow Class Online
Graceful, flowing and feminine yoga to balance hormonal fluctuations. Unique, flowing style of yoga in tune with the Yin, Lunar and feminine elements. The focus of our Luna classes is to honour ourselves, be kind, and to take the time to relax and release.
This practice offers calming, slower-paced, ‘internal’ poses that are appropriate for women throughout their monthly cycle.
It’s a perfect class for those suffering from premenstrual syndrome or menopausal symptoms.
